Quest doesn't work and won't load unable to see the zone or anything like that, can't see Thrall to continue the quest. The Murloc in the area for the quest Uniting the Shattered Amulet just gives you the amulet without having the quest and doesn't really do anything, but you can also spam receive the item doesn't do anything tho.
